A property management platform for landlords and agencies, combining a customisable dashboard, scheduling, transparent pricing and a tenant-facing portal. It gives real-time visibility into what is happening across a portfolio — visits coordinated, property notebooks synced, prices stated openly.
- 01
Property management ran on email, spreadsheets and phone calls, so the current state of a property existed only in whoever last touched it.
- 02
Coordinating a visit meant a chain of messages between owner, agent and tenant, and the chain broke every time someone did not reply.
- 03
Pricing was quoted case by case, which made owners suspicious and made agencies spend their time justifying numbers instead of letting properties.
- 04
Tenants were the least informed party in a process entirely about them — applying, signing and waiting without ever seeing where things stood.
- 01
A dashboard the owner arranges themselves, with interactive status on each property rather than a report generated after the fact.
- 02
Scheduling built into the property record, so a visit is coordinated where the property lives instead of across three inboxes.
- 03
Pricing stated openly and in the same place as the service, which turns the conversation from negotiation into a decision.
- 04
A tenant portal covering the whole path — advanced search, an online application, a digital lease signature, and automated messages at every step so nobody has to ask what is happening.
- 05
The design informed by real research: usability testing, personas and a shared prototype the client could react to before it was built.
Letting a property
The owner publishes with pricing already visible, applicants apply online, and the lease is signed digitally without a printed page.
Coordinating a visit
A slot is proposed from the property record; the tenant confirms, and all three parties see the same appointment without a phone call.
Running a portfolio
The owner arranges the dashboard around what they actually watch, and each property reports its own status as it changes.
