An AI-driven healthcare application that removes the distance between a patient and care: virtual consultations, scheduling without friction, and personalised care plans that carry on between appointments.
- 01
Timely care is blocked by waiting — for a slot, for a callback, for a referral — and the wait is worst for the people least able to absorb it.
- 02
Scheduling friction alone stops people seeking care: too many steps, unclear availability, no way to see when their own clinician is free.
- 03
Communication is fragmented across calls, letters and portals, so no single place holds what was said and what to do next.
- 04
Care ends at the appointment. Whatever was agreed has to be remembered by the patient, unaided, until the next one.
- 01
Virtual consultation as the default path rather than the exception, so access does not depend on being able to travel.
- 02
Scheduling reduced to what the patient needs to decide — who, and when — with real availability rather than a request form.
- 03
One place that holds the thread: what was discussed, what was prescribed and what comes next, instead of three channels that each know part of it.
- 04
Personalised care plans that continue between visits, so the period between appointments is part of the treatment rather than a gap in it.
Care without the journey
A patient consults from home, and the clinician has the same context they would have had in a room.
Booking in a minute
Real availability from their own clinician, chosen and confirmed without a request-and-wait loop.
Following a plan
The care plan is on the patient's own screen, updated after each consultation, so what to do next is never a matter of recall.

The path end to end: describing a symptom to the assistant, the filtered results with a severity and a risk score, the condition explained in plain language, and the consultation with a clinician from the same screen.
