Two interconnected platforms forming one digital financial ecosystem: a user platform for crypto and fiat transfers, and a trading platform for buying, selling and exchanging assets. Together they cover deposits and transfers in several fiat currencies, crypto trading, cash and digital withdrawals, and a global exchange card for payments worldwide — with an admin dashboard behind both.

Crypto and traditional banking lived in separate applications, so anyone holding both had to move between tools — and re-learn a different mental model each time.

Existing platforms were built for people who already understood trading. The vocabulary, the order types and the fee structures assumed knowledge most account holders did not have.

Operations staff had no single view. Verifying a customer, tracing a transfer and resolving a failed withdrawal each meant a different screen and a different export.

Trust is the whole product in finance, and nothing in the existing flows showed the user what was about to happen to their money before it happened.

One ecosystem, two surfaces: the user platform and the admin dashboard designed together, sharing a single component library and one set of financial primitives.

Every irreversible action states what it will cost and what will arrive before it is confirmed — rate, fee and final amount on the same screen as the button.

A design system built on the states finance actually has: pending, cleared, held, reversed, failed — each with its own colour, label and recovery path rather than a generic spinner.

The trading surface degrades gracefully: a simple buy-and-sell view by default, with order types and depth revealed only for the accounts that ask for them.
Depositing fiat and buying crypto
A customer deposits in their local currency, sees the rate and the fee before confirming, and holds both balances in one account rather than bridging between two services.
Spending abroad
The global exchange card draws on the same balances. The conversion is shown at the point of payment, so the statement matches what the user was told.
Resolving a stuck withdrawal
The admin dashboard traces the transfer through its states in one view, shows where it stopped, and gives the operator the action that unblocks it.
One account holding fiat and crypto side by side: balances broken out per currency, the card, shares and their daily benefit, and the full transaction history under a single filter.
